Gregson went around, looking at the body of the woman, strangled, on the sofa. It was a hard case. No witnesses, few clues. He sighed, and looked at the coffee table. Two glasses filled with soda, half-eaten bowl of popcorn. Gregson picked up the glasses to study them. The ice cubes clinked against the side of the glass as Gragson raised them to his nose, smelling for cigarettes, or looking for lipstick-anything. But there were no clues. Gregson sighed and then turned to the boyfriend-Andy-who'd found her.
'So what happened?'
'We were just watching a movie-as you can see...And then she reminded me that I was supposed to run some errands ages ago, so I went out to do some. I told her I'd be back soon...and when I came back...' He gestered sadly to the body.
Gregson nodded. 'About how long were you gone?'
Andy shrugged. 'Maybe two hours? ...She...had a jealous ex...maybe he--'
Gregson held up a hand to stop him. 'Maybe he would have a better story than you.'
Why would Gregson say that?

Sherlock Holmes looked around the professor's study while Watson peered into the open vault. Then Holmes turned to the four students, Mark, James, Pete, and Greg.
'You four were in here for tutoring. Besides you, no one has been in here but the professor. We know it was on of you. When he stepped out for a while towards the end of your tutorial, one of you had to have broken in. Since you all deny it, I will have to ask you all to separate and write out your stories.'
After Holmes had gotten their stories, he read through them. All denied stealing anything, and had no other information. Except for James's. At the bottom of his paper it read, 'I know who it was. ?'
'What is that supposed to mean, Holmes?' Watson asked.
Holmes looked up. 'Bring_____ back in here!'
Who did Holmes ask for (and why)?

Admin update
I don't do alot of updates about myself on this page because it's primary focus is Sherlock and I don't think you guys will care much to read about me
But
I'm almost definitely remaking my dA account, meaning I will most likely no longer be founder of this group (and therefore not in charge of it)
I'm working on getting more admins who are willing to be active in the group, so I won't deactivate this account until this happens.
But this is just an update to say that the group ownership will probably change hands soon.
Unless I can keep this account active, and make me new account co-founder, and then deactivate this one
In that case, don't wo
Admin request
hey guys it's been a while since I've actually written a journal about updates to the group.
Basically here's the rundown of things that will hopefully explain why things have been slow here.
I've been in the process of deleting all my fanfics here because I've moved them permanently to ao3 for many reasons (if you watch me read my journal, if you don't, I know you don't care).
Because my primary art interest is writing, this means I'm rarely on dA anymore, except to check things and submit the occasional drawing.
Meaning that this group doesn't approve submissions as quickly, or draw in new art from other groups.
SO HERE'S WHERE THE ADMI
SOPA and info on submissions
We had a commenter on it (MissEvalyn (https://www.deviantart.com/missevalyn)) giving some facts on what's going on in case anyone was interested I thought I'd post them in a separate Journal

I can't seem to find any major petitions, but my guess is that it's here: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petitions/popular/0/2/0
